Offensive line prospect?

Postby PonyFan » Sun Mar 09, 2003 5:38 pm

Offensive tackle Michael Terry (of Crowley, Texas) is 6-foot-6 and a little light at 240 pounds (he runs a 5.1 in the 40-yard dash), but he is drawing interest from many schools, including Oklahoma, Texas A&M, SMU, Texas Tech, Duke, Baylor and TCU.

Does anyone know of his interest level? Or has anyone seen him play?

I'm guessing he's being counted on to add a lot of weight. Word is he's still growing, too. Might be a real player - who knows.

For someone that light, he should be quicker. If you strap another 50-60 pounds on him, he's not exactly going to pick up speed.
Unless his name is Don Iremeia-Stansbury, of course.

Or he does all his running going downhill... Image
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
