Where's Burnet, Texas? Do they play in a tough district?

Burnet is about half way between Georgetown and Llano. Haven't a clue as to what district they play in or how tough it might be.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Any relation to the receiver at TCU during the early 90's?
