Texas Tech: I was wrong about them

Tech will lose next week - this was their big game for the year and they won't have the ability to get up for OSU and OU in the next few weeks to the same level. Texas blew a great opportunity to win late, but it's not going to put Tech into the title game.

And how f'ing stupid are the Tech fans rushing the field - TWICE - with 1 second remaining on the clock even after announcements not to? I was really hoping to see Texas run that kickoff back just to see the look on the faces of their fans.

For real. I am sick of all the love Tech is getting right now from football fans in the state of Texas. Isn't everyone supposed to hate Tech?

I could get behind UT or A&M but not Tech.

Tech at least still agrees to play us. UT won't. DeLoss Dodds and his buddies helped kill the SWC. I hope UT gets hosed by the BCS. I dislike the Aggies less because they also agree to play us now and then. And they're sort of like the special kid that grew up down the street, they're pests and they're dense, but you just can't hate them.

Oh yeah it's so true. If they somehow stumbled their way into a BCS game they'd probably throw a church picnic to celebrate.

Well at least when I went to SMU people associated more with Horns than aggies.

Things may have changed though.

I always root against EATMU and its fake military "cadets".

Anyone remember that Haloween night game in 81? Wish I could find a clip of that. I think they elected the buzzhead class president after that incident.
