If you'll notice, I used allegedly in my first post about this.

I'm not gonna mention any names so don't ask me to, but i heard from someone that they were suspended. Apparently JJ works on a strike system. Get 3 and you're out. I heard they had missed team meetings and things of that sort. Thats everything i heard, don't have the info to be any more specific than that.

You guys are beginning to sound like a bunch of old biddies at a Garden Club meeting. Did you hear that Ethel was sleeping with the milkman? Oh, no, dear, get your story straight it was the mailman. Gossip is unbecoming. When JJ issues a statement saying the ES, AR and JS are staying home the next two weeks, I'll believe it. Or if XTC who knows what's going on, said it, I will believe it. Other than that its just plain gossip from a new poster or an old troll using a new tag.

This thread shows the usual suspects stepping in crap. Why is it so hard for some people to take bad news. Facts is facts. Information can't hurt you.

I didn't say I didn't believe it. I said alleged until something more concrete comes. Sorry, that's the way I roll and that's the way I always roll when it comes to matters like this.

And yes, it's because of message boards where the accuracy on news items is always a wild card.

Oooooohhhhh! There is some tough talk there. Why do you feel the need to post it?

This thread is closing in on 800 views in one morning...

That statement is one of the most ridiculous I have ever read on PFs....of course there will also be the customary posts questioning ClickClack's loyalty to this program.

Given what the DMN has reported about a 3-strike rule, when people start screaming abou something not being fair, chances are the right decision has been made and those receiving the punishment are trying to find a way to make excuses for their actions.

Again, if you're going to change this program, it starts from the inside out.

BTW, mysteriously worded, "JJ is sticking to his guns and won't hear them out or give in.''

Makes you wonder if the author is favoring the player's side in this instead playing this down the middle. Nice bias. But that's OK. If has a connection with them, then he would naturally feel that way.

No ocnnection to the players...just an SMU alum and fan who is dissapointed and wants the best players out there. But if they break the rules, they should be held accountable. The tone you hear in the words is not negative towards JJ. Just wish the players followed the rules and didnt behave in a manner that got them suspended. fair or unfair, i am sure they knew the 3 stike rule from the begining of the season.
