These appear to be pretty good kids. Summit and Duncanville opened the season with each other Tuesday. Duncanville's Davis was slow coming out of the gate with 2 points. Summit's Filmore had 15. Duncanville rallied in the fourth quarter and won, 58-55.
Shelton scored 14 in Nolan's win Tuesday. Our 2010 commit, Mallory Singleton of Flower Mound had 16 in the Jaguar's win.

Davis is not a scorer, at least not yet, and I don't think her coach asks her to score. I loved the comment in the release on SMUMustangs.com comparing her and Filmore to Sharee Shepherd. Every team can use a Sharee clone, and if these two BOTH play like her? That'll work.
