Actually, they went for 2 and didn't convert. What does "the card" say about when to go for 2? I guess when you are down by 33, you should always go for 2?
Yeah I jumped the gun

I absolutely hate that we have so many stupid mistakes so often. Penalties, turnovers and lac k of tackling abilities means that we are at best a mediocre Division III bB team. No way we an win and no way we can over come our own stupid mistakes. It is as if a new coach forgets the essential fundamentals of mistake free play.
I do not care if we lose as long as we don't make stupid mistakes (penalties, turnovers, lack of coverage),
I actually think we have tackled relatively well tonight. Just keep blowing up
I can only listen to our sunshiner announcers on the radio web feed. If they are making solid tackles that is a huge improvement. I hope you are correct cause maybe we have a chance against USM n a couple of weeks. For now, we just simple suck on all sides of the ball and special teams. JJ isn't to blame as he had no time to recruit. But it is a statement to how poorly PB recruited.

No worries. I really just posted that to make fun of Tulsa going for 2. Pointless.

It's not great but we are stopping them when we should. Downfield coverage is sub par

Well, on the plus side, we have out rushed UTEP by one whole yard. The rest isn't so good.

I am watching Vanderbilt hopefully on the verge of becoming bowl eligible. I might have a bowl game to attend after all.

I hate to be a voice of criticism because I am not standing in their shoes but it seems that the only coach earning his pay is the special teams coach.

Well once again we have forced 2 punts in the 1st half. Let's see if we can make a team punt 3 times in a game for the first time this year. Baby steps.

If UTEP matches its 1st half offensive production in the 2nd half, this team will, on average, have allowed over 500 yards per game over the past 2 years.
Worse..I see no reason to be optimistic about our future.
We have at most 3 players on our D.
