No, he just says that the phone call he made to his broker four minutes after hearing about the sell-off, and the resultant sale of ALL his stock in the company before the deal went public was just coincidence and good luck. Right?

can we clarify something? ...martha went to jail for lying to the feds...NOT insider trading, at most she would have been fined for the profit that she made and a little more.

As crazy as that sounds, I think those discussions will surface over the next ten years.....not moving the Cubs here, but moving another NL franchise to downtown Dallas. DFW is currently the largest market without two teams.
Do you count the Rangers as a team? This is the worst franchise in baseball history. They haven't won since they moved to Dallas, and they didn't set the world on fire in Washington.
Well, the never really "moved" to Dallas and, far as I am concerned, aren't really a Dallas team. I wouldn't mind another team moving here. The only question is, what team would move here that 's an NL team? The Marlins? The Padres?

Of course, he may just up and move the Cubs to downtown Dallas.
there would be another civil war if he tried that.

The NL owners have the right to veto franchise moves. No way, they would allow the Cubs to move. Third largest US city. Wrigley sells out almost every game - even games against the Nationals and the Marlins. Wrigley is considered a National baseball shrine of sorts where Ruth called his shot, home of Three Fingers Mordicai Brown, Ernie Banks. Leo Durocher, Ron Santo, Fergie Jenkins, and lots of colorful losers. Nah, anyone trying to move the Cubs would have to do some very unnatural things to get the other owners to agree to a move and even then they might just say Thanks and vote against it anyway.
