its a fact yes but the ploy is announcing it... early LOI are still coming in and NSD isnt too far.

programs wouldnt announce these type of things if it wasnt a ploy

yeah, its a very good new trend happening in College sports. you would think Penn State would have handled their program like this. find someone good and stable to replace joe pa
