Culwell and Son

Postby Jeffrey Lebowski » Mon Dec 08, 2008 4:30 pm

Has anyone done the 3 suit, 3 shirt deal at Culwell? I am interested and was wondering if anybody could give me their thoughts and feedback if they had taken advantage of the deal. Happy with the quality of the suits themselves? The tailoring? etc.
Let me explain something to you. I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me.

HA...I think that is a dig at me, I'm not sure. I wish I knew what the Playboy advisor site was. I guess you read Playboy for the articles and advice columns?

I haven't done the suits and shirts deal, but I have done the six shirts deal a couple of times and the quality is superb and the shirts actually fit rather than being too large like the off the rack ones usually turn out for me.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

whew. With the way things have gone lately, I thought I was going to open this thread and see that Culwell & Sons was going out of business.

Haven't done the suit deal but have bought way too many suits to remember how many over the years. Always been pleased with the quality and the service.......

I did that deal many years ago, and I've thought about doing it again but for whatever reason have not. Shirts were fine; suits were okay. Service was okay. It helps to be a regular at that place, but I suppose that's true for most places.
