Oh, I don't know JT, I really don't like cats so I can't give you an appraisal on the 'hate-ability' score for Spooky Mulder. I will tell you I am ready for him to stop being a "kitten" he's full grown, but still just wants to "play" all the time. And by "play" I mean maul.

He doesn't play like my old dog did, Mulder will come out of nowwhere with the intent to draw blood. I just counted, there are 10 scratches on one arm alone... ten scratches that all broke skin.

And he doesn't bite like old Sherlock either, I mean I think he wants to actually eat my foot... or hand. Especially when I am asleep. He loves to wake me in the middle of the night with searing pain. This makes him very "hate-able" as someone who is not fond of cats to begin with.

But, when he just chills and hangs out on my lap and watches mythbusters or sports with me, all is good. I have been assured that he will grow out of the "mauling" stage, but I am reserving judgment.

EDIT: Though he is fun and funny to play with when you have distance yourself with cat toys, but the guy just doesn't know boundaries. Maybe I need to teach him a safety word. How about "MacGyver"?
