All it needs is a little underpinning and some flood insurance and they have premium waterfront property. In the rainy season you can dock 2 boats.

This came around my old office a while back. Honestly, I'd bet this was not done by a professional mover.

2-story triplewides are the way to go.

We had a lot of those in Arkansas, but quit promoting them when the top story kept rolling off.

Solution might be a bridge loan.

What is the difference between a tornado and an Arkansas divorce. Ans. Someone is going to lose a trailer house.

It looks to me that they just replaced the old bridge with a New England style covered bridge. Their design, however, appears to be just a bit off the mark. Extra points though for coming up with such a novel way to install it.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
