My freshman year was 28-7 in 1987-88 when we won the SWC regular season and conference tournament titles. I know a good team and an organized team when I see it. That group was it.
I know a dysfunctional and disorganized team when I see it. This team is it.
And for anyone who is starting to say "Oh, this was good effort,'' go shove it.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT SMU SHOULD NOT BE LOSING TO THESE TEAMS. PERIOD.
THIS PROGRAM IS A MESS!!
By the way, we have worst record of any team in Conference USA. Congratulations to Matt Doherty and his staff. [deleted]!

Those Bliss records were I believe in his first two years. We are now in Doherty's third year. The third year is when your program either takes that step forward or shows it isn't getting anywhere. I believe 3-7 reveals the latter.
