any idea if his family has any $? preferred walk on still equates to $42,000.00/year of tuition versus a scholly at SMU for FREE education. USC is nice and all, but dollars are dollars.

Other schools have offered the opportunity to walk-on, like Hawaii, San Jose State, SMU and Nevada. Some have said scholarships could materialize, but nothing is concrete.

Not sure what his family's personal finances are but if he lives in the Rancho Santa Margarita area, he probably isn't living on food stamps.
