Maybe Doh is just superstitious as we have won the last 2 games with Otis starting and Dia coming off the bench...............

If this team is going to be as good as it can be, Doh needs to find a way to get through to Dia. Simply, I'd play him into the ground, not mess w/his confidence, if he's fragile. Show support, let him make mistakes, as long as his effort is good.
