I'll intercept on behalf of the keeper. No. He was dismissed shortly after the season.

but, but, but....he was really good in the late 80s! Also, I'm still waiting for when we would "rue the day" we passed on the high school coach Todd Dodge.
Back off Warchild seriously.

Last I checked he led his team to a bowl game and defeated the preseason number one team in the nation running an entirely new system. Yeah we sure "dodged a bullet" by him passing on us.

You seem to ignore the fact that Ga. Tech had 10x more talent than SMU did when JJ took over. Also, last time I checked, Ga Tech was a semi-regular bowl contender even before Johnson took over and always had a good running game. Not diminishing the job he did this year as he did a great one, but his offense would have been just as tough to implement here as JJ's offense has been.

yes, we are bashing stallion....who I do respect and think he knows what he is talking about when it comes to recruiting....just like to bust his balls about how wrong he was about Gibbs, Johnson, and Dodge.

Good luck ever getting him to admit it. However, most on this board realize his bit and ignore it by and large. But it is funny to see someone who claims to be "the most accurate poster on this board" continually wet the bed. Priceless.
