They will spend tons and tons of cash in this recission, just to get mom and dad to 12 road trips per year. Not to mention, all of those family and friends, that won't get to see him anymore. Mabey after a year, he will follow Shawnbrey McNeal to the Hilltop.

At least his family can see him at Ford when Mizzou takes on SMU in 2 years. Oh wait - my bad - Mizzou backed out of that series.

Whatever, he's gone, who cares.
Let's focus on getting the guys who are actually interested in building a program here.

We should be extremely happy we were able to get a guy like Shawnbrey Mcneal-better than I thought we would get at that position. Could be a real problem though if he's not eligible next year.

True, Stallion - but I would hope that next year we can show some improvement (say 3-4 D-1A wins, plus SFA) even with a very weak RB position. If we can't scrape that out this year I don't know what we're doing playing football anyway.
The year under the system has to count for something - getting the Truth would be a great step forward as well.

i gotta agree. we have 2 scat backs with a year in the system who will understand the blocking and basic run (tampa left/right, trap, draw, etc) and dump (shovel, option, etc) schemes better. June was real vanilla last year and had to be, martin and McKinney just started to understand the reads in the last game of the year.

By eligible, do you mean getting the waiver for hardship, or are there grade questions with him?

We have Butler back, correct? He looked strong before the injury.

I play in a poker game on Wednesday nights in Heath. One of the guys has a son on the football team. He tells me Kendial is driving around in a new Jaguar.

That is true, he got it at the end of the regular season. A green 4 door Jag?

Closest Jaquar dealerships in Missouri is St. Louis or Kansas City! Even Dallas has only two and Ft. Worth one!
