I think the analysis is very accurate.
I also don't like Doh's quotes. I think the "develop energy" quote is amusing. Its called motivation. I take that as a sign the players aren't playing hard for their coach & that he's lost his team. I have never heard of developing energy on the basketball court.
The team is a reflection of its coach.
Doh must Go !
