Our swing of winnable games seems over. What happened to Tulane on the road? Weren't we suposed to have a H/H with them?
Looks like we may not win more that 2 more games this season.

Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

I think SMU will get CS-Bakersfield and Rice at home. I think they'll steal one other before the season is out and finish with nine wins.
Run through that list of nine wins as well. It will be a collection of the sparest of the spares. I ran back through the schedule the last three years and I think Doh-coached SMU teams have only won five games against teams that finished the year with winning records.
Wow, that is bad.

on a slightly positive note, it looks as though apb is now 5-2 in their conference, so atleast that loss is only slightly as ambarassing

To me, the UAPB loss will go down as the WORST loss in program history. Losing to a then-winless team.
And if we assume they win against Cal-State Directional School and Rice, then that puts them on for 8 for the season -- the number I said they would be after the TCU debacle.
What a [deleted] season this has turned into.

USC-Upstate (2 pt loss) finished with a #307 RPI last year.
Centenary (16 pt loss) finished with a #283 RPI last year.
UAPB currently has a #249 RPI. Their first 11 games (1-10 record) were on the road against seemingly decent competition. Eight of them currently have RPIs of 103 or better.

Double OT W vs Utep last year. Killen had the game of his life and it was a heck of a fun game to watch.

The last quality win I can recall was at Purdue about 5 years ago.
At the time the Boilermakers were a Top 15??? team in the nation.
I saw the game and was not impressed with either team.
I think that year SMU was sub .500 and Purdue was at a minimum sub .500 in conference play.
It is truly stunning when you consider the lack of quality wins this school has had over the past 20 years.
How many Top 20 teams have we defeated during that time?
3???????
