Baylor has very good guards but they need to get the ball down to Rogers and Acy more.....but this is an entertaining game - a lot of great players on the floor.

And a lot of bad shooting. Offensively, neither team is any flow, although Baylor is doing a good job of establishing something in the block.

Texas has won something like 22 straight against the Bears.

In an unrelated note, nice work by Ole Miss to knock off Kentucky, 85-80. Rebels led pretty much the whole way.

it hasn't been pretty offensively but there are some incredible athletes on the floor....which I love watching play.

on another side note, have you seen Louisville play? They are a dangerous team - Earl Clark may be my favorite player in the country to watch....he is a stud. Griffin from OU may be the 1st pick in the draft but teams that pass on Clark will regret it

Maybe this is the night A.J. Abrams -- who just tied the Big 12 all-time 3point shooting record -- breaks out of his slump. Think he's shooting about 30 percent in January.

Yes, the Longhorns come before Purdue-Wisconsin. Besides, the less I see of the Red Army, the better.

I have watched Clark play several times. In fact, that's when Minnesota had a chance to be pretty good. Gophers beat Louisville in Phoenix and did a good job on him. But Clark is a real talent. Big East player of the year candidate.

BTW, Texas' lack of a point guard really shows up in games like this. Really don't have one. That's caused them to become pretty inconsistent.

Top 20 High-Major assistants

1) Russell Springmann, Texas — He has worked his way up after starting at Mardela High near his home in Maryland. Springmann spent two years doing grunt work at Florida for Billy Donovan and then his first three seasons at Texas as an administrative assistant before Rick Barnes made him a full-time assistant seven years ago. He's the guy responsible for getting Kevin Durant and D.J. Augustin to Austin.

Wonder if the #1 rated asst. coach is ready for his own program?
Anthony Grant would still be my #1 pick but Springmann would also be a good choice.
