Couple of thoughts re: the game.

Taylor leads the league in scoring @ 23.7 per game.
Does Doh sit back in a zone & let UCF have open looks all night or does he try something different?
Does he try to take Taylor out of the game or do u expect Taylor to have his usual game & get his points but try to shut down everyone else.?

Since Doh loves to play so many players I would love to see him throw the ol Nolan Richardson approach of "40 minutes of hell" @ UCF.
I'd full court press & interchange Faye, Harp Haynes, Walker etc. in Taylor's face all night long. Make the others beat u. It takes 10 players to incorporate & I really think this team is a better team playing man rather than zone. I would sure love to see us come out busting our [deleted] taking it to them instead of the slow tempo falling back into the matchup zone look that we have been running lately.

I wouldn't try this approach against Memphis, UofH or probably UAB but I would against this team. Nothing has worked for this team on the road so maybe this could.

Regardless, I'll be pulling for the upset.

Doh absolutely has to try something different to start the game. How many atrocious first halves had we had this season, especially as of late? Maybe the more aggressive pressing style will pump a little urgency into this team early. At this point there's nothing to lose in trying something different...

UCF's only two C-USA losses were to Memphis and at UAB, and both were pretty close games. I have a bad feeling Taylor will explode for eight 3s tonight

Well as enjoyable as the consistently crappy first halves are, I'm embracing this "change" that our country is all about these days.

Shouldn't we talking about basketball, not making wisecracks about President Obama?

He's right. The messiah must be referred to with reverence, and no humor what-so-ever.
