The Skinny on Darius Johnson?

Forgive me, for I have been a bit out of the loop of late.

Can somebody recap the skinny on Darius? He's but one of many three star recruits signing today -- and we do have one guy rated higher than him in our four star db.

What's it about this kid that has everyone so excited?

He's an 18-star super Scout WR without Rivals. He has a shuttle of speed and positive jumping muscles.

I understand, 2112. And what I've been able to glean so far is that this is a three star, undersized kid with some athletic ability. We offered early, his stock rose, and some other teams came on late. And Stallion really likes him. Is that it? Or have I missed something?

If you're able to take a look at his highlight film, that should about clear it up. Not all three stars are the same - this kid has all the talent in the world and perfectly fits our offense. As far as a "fit" for our program, you can think of him as a five star

Also, the guy DOMINATED the 5A State Championship game to the point where the announcers were putting circles around where he was lined up to begin each play.

If his coach could have spent a little more effort getting him the ball then they might have finished Allen off in the 1st half of that game.

He was triple-covered. He might be Superman, but his QB couldn't thread those kinds of needles.
