He's not on that list because he's already in school. Go download the PDF of the recruiting class from the athletic website, and you'll find him on the last page with Shawnbrey McNeil, et al.

The smumustangs.com PDF says he has been enrolled at SMU since Spring 2008.

Is that a typo? I thought he has been around since 2006.

I tried to see if he'd played any other sports but didn't see anything...prior soccer/basketball/rugby experience MIGHT show athleticism other than just track ability. looks like he's from a tiny town in BFE Estonia so there might not have been many options

No, that's right - spring of 2008, after fulfilling brief military obligation. He's 21 years old.

But it is quantum physical, you get hit upside da head repeatedly in August when its a 105 by a 300 lb tackle in 2 a-days might have him thinking about going back to track, albeit he probably had it tougher fighting of the ruskies in Eustonia

Margus should get as much playing time as he can handle next year. Then we will see what the NFL thinks about him.
