Isnt he small for DE in 3-4?
If we stick with the 4-3 he should prob stay at DE

Haha. wherever Flemming ends up, I think he will make plays weather at LB or DE. Stallion- do you know anything about Aaron Davis, a linebacker transfer from Fresno State? Who do you think will be starting at linebacker this year?
here were the Top LBs from last years draft. All except one were under 6-4 and the one that was the rated last and really was a Strong Side LB in college. Everything I've heard about Davis is pretty positive-I was recently checking on him and he was another one of those standout 3 sport, Offensive and Defensive All Stars in High School. I'll be interested to see what he does in the spring.

AARON DAVIS
Elsinore Linebacker 6-4, 215, Sr. (i've seen him listed at 6-0 through this 6-4) What he did: Anchored one of the area's top rush defenses and was third in the state with 206 tackles ... Had 21 catches for 468 yards, six TDs as tight end ... Sunbelt League Defensive Player of the Year. What they say: "What stood out was he played every play. When one of my kids cried about being tired, I'd point to the other side and say, 'Look at Aaron Davis.' " -- Paloma Valley
thanks for the info... on the smu website they have him at 6 foot 3 245lbs
eligible in 2009 or 2010 - as a SO or JR?

Cool With him and Padron both eligable to play and both having been in college for 2 years that could really give us depth at LB!! this guy is new to me too http://smumustangs.cstv.com/sports/m-fo ... ett00.html and this guy http://smumustangs.cstv.com/sports/m-fo ... ron00.html and this guy http://smumustangs.cstv.com/sports/m-fo ... ake00.html
Schools that play in conferences where the spread offense is prevelant are better suited with LB's that can run sideline to sideline and can hold their own in space rather than some big run stuffing behemoth. Give me a 6-1 210 linebacker that has the ability to tackle in space and get to the sideline over a 6-4 240 guy that is great against the run in CUSA anyday. Addressing the speed is issue is paramount to improving our defense.
Back off Warchild seriously.
So did Aaron Davis come because of Tom MAson? With his size he could really fill a void at the MLB position since Odiari hasnt really shined yet.
Yet? If you read the news today, "yet" just became "never". Try not to choke on the Kool-Aid.
