So I told her that we signed 25 new players to join the program. Then she asked, "Are they any good?"

Not surprised by the question, "Well, we'll see in about 4-5 yeas.''

Holding a chocolate chip cookie in her hand, she said, "They need to be.''

And then she walked off to watch Suite Life with Zack and Cody.

I think her summation trumps every discussion we've had about this.

That post would have been nothing without mention of the all-important chocolate chip cookie. Somehow it's all relevant now.

Have been coaching my daughter's soccer team for 3 years now. Thanks. I have more fun with them and they seem to enjoy the practices as well.
