He stays healthy and we win that game.

i think he is back and we are o.k. (but not great) at RB. Better yet - McNeal starts and a healthy, rested Butler relieves him on occassion.

Hunt - pleeeease

Line - Double pleeeease - smallish slowish ex LB is not the answer.

Line had 1700 yards rshing his senior year.

And I said the same thing after the Tulsa game. Had Butler not been hurt we would have won.

I think BJ Lee is the perfect kind of back for the run and shoot.
Hes fast, and little which makes it hard to see if hes been given the ball on a draw. He reminds me of that little back from Mizzou a couple years ago.

If Mcneal is allowed to play and I think he will then he and Butler are more then capable of doing the job. I like those 2 splitting time.

In the R&S offense the running back is supposed to be a big back capable of blocking...look at a lot of Hawaiis running backs when JJ was there.

Hawaii had and have a little of both as far as size of RBs. I dont think we're going to see 1 back exclusively next year. BJ might end up being more of a change of pace guy since hes injury prone but he did some nice things last year prior to being injured.

BJ would def be a nice change of pace back..hopefully mcneil will be eligible so he and butler can get most of the carries

If we can put Butler in a protective bubble and insure that he's never ever ever hurt, then I think we'll be OK at RB. But last year RB was a total meat grinder position. Did we have anyone on the team start and running back and NOT spend significant time injured? That's got me thinking more about RB depth that I have in the past.
