I interpreted his question "from the region" to mean Hawaii and other South Pacific islands.

Does anyone know if JJ has plans to recruit Western Samoa, in addition to American Samoa?
There may be more academic qualifiers in w.samoa.

I guess the "300 mile recruiting radius" been expanded 20 times to include Samoa and Estonia?
