This is just the UT sites top 125 not the Texas HS scout site's top 125. That will be out later.

Scout is not worthless-its purpose is to allow Houston Cougar fans to pretend that they have recruited a Top 25 Class-they were one of the few early strong Texas Scout sites and they've consistently been rated way way too high by Scout.

Scout refuses to address its deficiencies-hey no Scouting service can "get it right" a year before signing date when they are evaluating 600+ Texas athletes alone. Their problem is that they don't adjust their ratings to reflect recruiting interest. It appears in other words they trust their own evaluations over the evaluations of the actual experts-college football coaches.
