A condom in a nut? That's what I call a stocking stuffer

Jerry Giese of Del Valle makes an unusual product: a hazelnut with a condom inside.

Put the nut on the floor and stomp on it, and out pops a condom. Wow. What a surprise. And talk about being the life of the party.

"I've seen em bite on em with their teeth; I've seen em stomp on them," said Jerry, 59, who has been putting together these condom nuts at home for 20 years. "Every once in a while somebody will bite on em and crack down on em, and I say, 'Tastes like rubber, don't it?' "

Jerry sells the nuts for $10 a dozen, or he'll ship you 13 condom nuts for $13 off his Web site, thenutmansnuts.com. "I've made 3,500 so far this year," Jerry said. His real job is delivering supplies for Palm Harbor Homes as he drives around Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. And as he travels, he carries an ample supply of nuts to show everybody.
