Daylight-saving time starts this weekend
WASHINGTON  Once again the old calendar on the wall says it’s time to change the clock, trading an hour’s sleep for more evening sunshine.
Most Americans will set their clocks forward one hour this weekend. Officially the change to daylight-saving time occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, local time, though most folks will reset their clocks and watches before going to bed.
The shift also serves as a reminder to install new batteries in warning devices such as smoke detectors and hazard warning radios.
In areas that observe the change, standard time will return on Nov. 1

What happens to the posts that occur during the hour that is lost?

I never understood why the cops didn't just go back and stop all of the crimes that occurred between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. when the clocks fall back in October.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Its part of the bylaws of being a cop. You've gotta sign away your right to do it before they let you on the force. Apparently it creates an infinite time loop, or some such nonsense.
1:02AM Crime -> 1:45AM Cops called, wait til clocks roll back -> 1:00AM (again) Cops stop crime before it happens -> Now there is no reason to call cops at 1:45AM -> Cops were never called ->The cops who went back and stopped the crime are stuck in limbo forever, because now they were never there to begin with.

That makes sense.

Does a tree that falls in a forest make a sound when no one is around?

No, I did not create the black horse shoe. Someone much more clever than me did that great thing. I will take credit for things I did create. Some of the things, outside of the aforemetioned time loop:
Smurfs
Shakethatbear.com
Uptown Dallas
Lesbian bars
4 year old children
Single barrel jack
Ian kinsler
Brooks brothers.
Jedi

Does this mean that if you have sex, your wife won't get pregnant because you never had sex to begin with.
