Here is a video with his junior highlights. Looks like he has good ball skills.

Video is impressive. Any idea why he is not listed on Rivals?

Also, who is the QB? He had some pretty impressive throws in there.

I believe that is Tommy Dorman's yonger brother that is throwing to Dents. Tommy enrolled in aTm Jan 2008. Ths highlights are from the 2008 season I believe. Plus, I believe Tommy wore number 8 or 9.

We're being tight with our WR offers this year though so I doubt he gets one.

How many offers can we give? After Sanders leaves at the end of next season, we'll still have Robinson, Chayse Joubert, Darius Johnson and Beasley for 3+ years (Except Robinson who will have 2). Unless we can land a real blue chip prospect, the 1-2-3 combo of Robinson, Johnson and Joubert seems pretty solid. Where we really need to focus is O-line (even with the 2009 class), D-Line and Linebacker. I am confident we'll sign a legit RB this year.

Joubert caught 4 passes last year in high school and you got him penciled in as a 3-4 year starter. I like Joubert's size and athleticism -i really do-but let's make him work for it just a little before we hand him a starters job. Just a little bit of reality.

I didn't know he had such a small showing his senior season. Why is that? Injury? I read that article on PonyStampede (for those of you who like links: http://smu.scout.com/2/848867.html) about his size, reported 4.34 fourty and hard work ethic today, and saw he was ranked pretty high. Plus I had read this article on him a few months ago, http://usc.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=889717. Maybe he'll have a hard time finding playing time freshman year, but after Saunders leaves I think he has the potential to take the third spot given his athletic ability. Hopefully he can stay healthy if that has been a problem.

I think he was a starter at Arlington Grace Prep but transferred to Duncanville for his senior year but didn't start...I heard he wasn't bad but just not polished, and I'm guessing didn't have great hands, so he didn't start...the coach who was talking to my brother in law though said he was a freak of an good athlete, just hoping he's not a freaky incredible athlete like Alexander Wright.

You are forgetting about receiver Deonte McDade. Also, our focus needs to be on D-Line, defensive backs, and linebackers.

I agree our defense needs a major make-over, but out of the three defensive positions (DB,DL, LB) I think we are strongest at secondary. Between the unproven Ryan Clark, Veteran's Bell and McCann, and Banjo (who had a legit season last year) we look pretty decent at secondary. Like I've always said, if we can get a blue chip take him, but I think we need A LOT more help at LB and DL than the former.
