wonder if these numbers are just counting Division I - FBS or if they include FCS schools?
If these numbers include D-1 FCS schools, I'm a little surprised at the percentage of S.C. kids signing with BCS schools. We have several FCS schools (Furman, Wofford, Citadel, S.C.State, Coastal Carolina, Charleston Southern & Presbyterian College) and plenty of local kids on their rosters.
guess I'm still surprised that 80% of SC kids are at BCS schools. I think this helps explain why Clemson and Carolina typically are considered underachievers. I think they end up offering a lot of SC kids that belong on SunBelt or CUSA rosters
