Such a nice change
Love to see all the enthusiasm so many QBs have for being recruited by SMU. Can't wait to see how things progress.

Regardless of his height, this kid looks like a great fit for the offense. Gets the ball out very quickly with phenomanl touch and accuracy. Quotes that he runs a very similar offense and clearly has a nice command of it. Chase Daniel, Todd Reesing, etc have had success at 5-11 or 6' in spread offenses that suited their abilities.
Watching him duck and dive while always keeping his head downfield reminds me a little bit of Romo - and no I'm not comparing the two QB's, just their style. Interesing prospect, at the least he's fun to watch.

Stallion, I know you are correct but I think with the BCS schools getting the first picks, that it might be that the under 6'4" lineman we are getting are more talented than a sleeper 6'7" kids that remain. There does come a time you have to rely on the expertise of the recruiting coaches in selecting the "best of the rest". In a perfect world though, 6'6" and up would be preferred.
