I completely agree on the need to add additional recruiters to the staff. Here we are trying to build a program and we have one assistant coach expected to cover the entire country. Doh comes in when it is time to close but the other coaches, well they leave alot to be desired in this area. Lutz does have a very good handle on the talent in Texas and around the country, but there needs to be more of emphasis by the staff as a whole. The kids today want constant attention and that is physically impossible for one coach to do alone.
