Hawaii Bowl signs agreement with C-USA

I'll bet the bowl folks are hoping for SMU vs Hawaii in that game.

I guess it would be somewhat ironic that our first bowl since 84 will be the same bowl as 84. Same stadium, anyway. I guess it's not called the Aloha bowl anymore.

Beggars cannot be choosers, but I do hope our first bowl back is in the greater 48. Most places I can justify going and coming back quickly. If I have to go to Hawaii, I guess I can afford to go and come back, but I don't want to shell out for plane tickets for the wife and the inevitibale weeklong hotel stay.

I'll tell you what I am gonna do. I will by you a pair of testicles for Xmas and give them to you right after the bowl bid goes out. Then you can tell your wife that only the men are gonna go to the game. We can then leave the kids and spouses behind.
