Can the progress, the efficacy, of a college football coaching staff be measured by the number of coaches in the same field who show up for the final spring game or scrimmage?

Does anyone have an idea many coaches watched the Rainbow spring game under JJ?

How many came to SMU last year?

And I hope someone will report, so far as possible on attendance of coaches at SMU this year.
