For some players, sitting out a season as a redshirt is frustratingly long. For Aaron Davis, the wait has been twice as long, as he has been off the field for two seasons, during which he sat out one semester and transferred schools.
Davis now gets his chance to get back on the field, and to play for the man who recruited him out of high school. Davis visited with PonyFans.com to explain why he transferred to SMU, and his thoughts about switching positions as he gets ready to play his first season with the Ponies in 2009.
