Does not Dement have most all his guys graduate ( Elsley sp transfered ) And the [program is getting better.

My theory is, there is a big difference in basketball than football. In football, every year you only need to get 2-4 guys. In football you are looking to get 18 great guys and hope a lot of decent walkons come. So you are dealing with a numbers factor.
But, it shows what a great recruiting coach can do, we have that in the basketball program through Coach Tubbs. Tubbs has done an awesome job. He has gotten Sasser, Ross, Hancock, and a slew of other players. I sure hope we can keep Tubbs for a long time. If we do, our program should always be successful.
