Player has redeeming qualities and is projected to contribute at the Division I level, however film has not yet been received.

That's wrong... he's been offered by Rice and Baylor is getting very close, but SMU hasn't offered. Those lists are word of mouth things, or rather rumors. Rivals and Scouts are constantly hounding these kids. No telling what they hear or want to hear. They don't come from the schools.
