Pony Pride. He knows as much as, if not more than, anyone. Plus, he has a great voice.

Agreed on the voice, therefore I also vote PonyPride.

He can be SMU's version of John Facenda. The voice of god calling SMU games.

Chris Sanders????? Why not Tate Wallis or Richard Bartel?

Bartel is trying out with the Browns  he's busy.
I didn't suggest Sanders because of his playing ability. He's a very bright guy who has played the game for a long time, and from what I remember from hearing interviews with him, he communicates his ideas well.
So yes, I'm suggesting Chris Sanders as a candidate. Deal with it.
Or better yet, make your first constructive suggestion on this site. See how it feels.

I think Sanders did TV for the SMU-Tulane game a couple years back. If I remember well, he was solid. Anyone else remember that game?

If you put Dale Hansen in the booth, he's forced to watch SMU football. To me, that's the perfect punishment for a man who has berated us all these years.

I'd rather get Ramon in here in a coaching capacity.

I honestly didn't know that Swann was leaving the booth. What's the backstory here?

You couldn't get him sober enough to do the broadcast. 'Course then he'd be like almost everyone else in Ford Stadium who's been out on The Boulevard.
