OK, not really an SMU reference. But in a late-night re-run of Frasier last night, Frasier and Niles bought a swanky Seattle restaurant when they learned it was going out of business.
The restaurant they bought was called: Orsini's.

I think he should lower the bar and start saying Top 100 and then gently raise our expectations every 10 years
