What the average recruiting classes at Tulsa were like before they hired Kragthorpe and went to a bowl?
What the average recruiting classes at UTEP were like before they hired Price and went to a bowl?
Were the UTEP, Rice and Tulsa recruiting vastly superior before they got better?
Is it reasonable to expect classes to just improve overnight before there is any sign of success?
