Make sure you get me one.
I think your wife wants you to go to the Texas game that weekend.

Are tickets about $200 apiece for the UA/TAMU game? I hope the game is full of Hogs, and TAMU pays the price for scheduling that game. They're getting a major pay day this year with Jerry World all a glimmer.

The tickets in the lower level between the goal lines are $300 each. I have a son who just finished his first year at U of A and the student tickets are $50 each. By the way he will be coming home for the game and bringing 4 or 5 frat brothers with him. But my wife and I will be in Fort Worth that night.

No way I would miss a TCU game that's within a 3 hour drive - especially if playing our biggest rival. If the wife wants to go somewhere else with the family then so be it...and she would understand!

2112, The only SMU games that I miss are for my sons games.
HB Pony Dad, Good point, it might be cheaper to put them up in a hotel room.

Don't any of you pseudo elitist snobs ever call into question my loyalty to this school. But your attitude is partly the reason the school keeps losing fans.
The unfriendliness that I've seen at events is downright embarrassing. I've got my season tickets and I'll see you sept 5. And I'm going to the Arkansas A&M game and I'm going to have a helluva good time WITH MY f

Pretty sure it has something to do with sheep
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

So is this game going to overshadow SMU-TCU every year on the same weekend in the DFW media? Isn't it a long-term contract? 10 years or something. Perhaps game ought to be moved to another weekend so SMU and TCU fans don't get inferiority complexes passing through Arlington every year. But I guess it looks like we may be overshadowed by some game just about every week of the season anyway. Meanwhile we'll be knocking heads with Stephen F. Austin and Sam Houston. Recipe for complete irrelevance.
