What made me smile today was getting word that as an unsecured creditor I will be getting dollar for dollar what is owed to me from a bankrupt company tomorrow.

When you get the next message (assuming you ever hear from anyone again) is that all the funds are already gone.

You can only post a happy smile after the funds are deposited and cleared!

I got my listing of GM Debentures that I own. I am waiting on my check also.

Not out of the woods yet but just got an email from escrow agent that funds have been delivered to be sent out to me this afternoon
