This is not real important but I saw JJ out getting his cardio in today at 12 noon. He was dressed head to toe in a heavy sweat suit doing laps around FORD.
Pretty good example of" WHAT HEAT ", let's get in shape.

I'm JJ's age, and did my 4 miles early this morning,
But NOT in heavy sweats

my uncle moved here from new jersey and did that once ... and only once ... after he almost had to call an ambulance.

I dont drive in rush hour I work from the casa.
I did have the air on!
I swim 30 laps a day at life time and i'm still fat. Im not going to stop drinking beer.
