Did we do enough in those summers prior to the season? The records speaks for themselves.

I hear ya but our work ethic wasn't the difference, lack of talent has been our problem. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how much you work if you're not talented enough to compete. We're upgrading talent (albeit slower than we'd like) and we've got good coaching. Work ethic seems to be there. We'll start winning but there's no magic bullet here (unless we were to magically get some blue chippers which probably aint going to happen). Get some popcorn and enjoy the improvement...

The ceiling on this team is 4 wins. Anything short of that it is a major step backwards.

As for Twitter, I don't tweet. Besides, I don't inhale all of the smoke that college coaches -- from June Jones to Les Miles -- always blow our way. I'm more interested in results. That's why I never listen to or watch coaching shows. It's all fluff.

As 1-11 seasons, how many games did we have a chance to win in each and roll snake eyes? Of course, talent rules the day game in and game out but if you're 1-11 because you were more interested in playing grab [deleted] in June than getting the work done, then you deserve the record you got.

Agreed, but there is plenty of grab [deleted] going on near SMU in June.

Wouldn't that make it the floor?
