William Barr, 50, 1657 CR 256, Appleby, was arrested Sunday after a search warrant was executed at his residence around 8 p.m. by Nacogdoches County constables in Precincts 1 and 4 with assistance from the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office.

A quantity of methamphetamine, several guns, stolen property and methamphetamine lab equipment were seized in the bust.

The search warrant was obtained by Precinct 4 Constable Jason Bridges and Precinct 1 Constable William Sowell. Sheriff Thomas Kerss was contacted and provided additional manpower in order to safely execute the search warrant, according to Bridges.

2:08 AM: Aggravated Assault: Sigma Alpha Eplison (SAE) House. A female student reported that she believed she had been drugged and assaulted by a male student in the SAE house. The suspect was later identified and questioned and police are further investigating the matter.

Sure do know how to treat a lady at SMU. Sounds pretty trashy thing to do. Id post some DUI and Drug charges ive found but I'd be here all day. Theres a drug bust everyday at ole SMU. Alot of PI's too. Must be couch'em going to class everyday.
