Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorsePunter Matt Szymanski will be SMU's most valuble player this year. We all know SMU will need him every series. He averaged 35.0 yds a punt last year. Hope he doesn't get over worked against SFA.

Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorseThis is stupid on so many levels. Nice work GOS_FAG_O
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorseThe only way he gets overworked against SFA is because he will kicking a lot of extra points most likely.
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse
good point. except Szymanski didnt play last year. I told you once, I'll tell you again: pay attention. Damn. Oh, and if you knew anything at all about SMU you'd know that we are far more likely to throw a pick vs punt the damn thing. Again, pay attention. On another note, I understand you're probably getting frustrated. You see, Mr. Fago, no one talks trash about SMU like we talk trash about SMU. When people like you come around, we simply don't care.

Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse"The "Axe 'Em Jacks" slogan has existed since the creation of the Lumberjacks mascot. But the now-popular hand signal utilized by SFA fans is quite new. During Spring Break 1978 in South Padre Island, a group of Alpha Chi Omega sorority girls noticed that other Texas colleges has hand signals specific to their schools ("Hook 'Em Horns" for the University of Texas, for instance.) As a response, freshman student 'Marcia' suggested the two-fingered salute to a male cheerleader ('Monty') who later spread the hand gesture to fans once games resumed."
So they give the girl scout's salute?
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorseI've heard that if you drive through Nacogdoches with your windows down, they'll throw a diploma in your car

SFA is so bad that my good friend & former head coach of your team Robert Mc Farland quit to go to the freezing cold of Iowa State as an O.C. I drove out to see seem him a few years back @ SFA. You have a nice stadium conected to the old football offices, that’s about all I can say. No one would want to play football there unless everyone else had turned them down. Think about that. Further more you could ask anyone on your football team would they rather play for JJ & SMU or the LJ’s you know what their answer would be, Stampede. Study as hard as you can. Then one day you might be able to leave that God Forsaken place. Last edited by One Trick Pony on Sun Aug 16, 2009 11:58 am, edited 4 times in total.
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse
If you would actually pay attention, he was a transfer. He did play last year just on a better team. Also, why would I get frustrated? I make one post and I get 7 SMU choir boys throwing a hissy fit. about it. ![]()
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse
I heard if you drive through SMU, your truck will get stolen by some drug dealer standing out beside the library. ![]()
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse
Uh, no. He started classes at SMU in the fall of 08. He sat out 08 as a transfer, sitting out a year just like every other player in D1 who transfers.
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorse
Wow. That has to be one of the dumbest comebacks that I've ever heard. How long did it take you to come up with that one on your Big Chief writing pad and your Jumbo sized pencil? Honestly, I could get a kid on a DISD short bus to come up with a more creative insult than the crap you just posted. FYI, here's an article that might help you with your reading comprehension. http://www.aggiesports.com/football/For ... -picks-SMU

A+ Peruna is my mascot!
Re: Matt Szymanski to be SMU's workhorseDid this really happen? Did some SFA dweeb just show up on SMU's fan forum and attempt to talk smack? You're kidding, right?
