Why I dont like Gerald Ford Stadium

Yeah, well try going to a game at Notre Dame. Bleachers made of decades-old wood that is maybe 6 inches wide. Or LSU, where you have a piece of aluminum bleacher directly on top of a cement step, no back support. And at each of those venues, a row/section which is supposed to seat 40 has 60 crammed into it.

Notre Dame got rid of the wooden bleachers a while back. LSU's step-bleachers are classic.

Just checked. Apparently ND replaced some, but not all, of the wooden bleachers.

I wish they would go back to an all-wooden bleacher stadium.

Speaking of stadia. Looks like Jerry World is the laughing stock of the NFL with punts bouncing off the scoreboard. Hope the Cowboys don't play the Bears there this year. Their returner will have a field day with low trajectory punts.

I saw a soccer match between Chelsea and Club America at JerryWorld. It's a fantastic soccer stadium (one of the best in the world, if not the best). However, when I was there, my thought was that it would be a much better soccer stadium than football stadium. Seems that I was proven right already.
