I thought Fleps had an issue with speed and was better suited at ILB. As for Smart, I didn't realize he had slipped that far. But I think he was suspended for the last two games last year for grade issues and may have had some other things going. I know that kid has had a tough road personally.

Like the reference to "the little things.'' They're important to a team's success.
