Still has a LONG way to go, but this was a step in the right direction... I think last saturday was a pretty humbling experience for him, jj and the team. Hopefully they pay attention today in the film session and see where they can improve.

Trying to evaluate Bo's performance from the miniature, grainy, pixelated, jumpy webcast is beyond my abilities.

Bo didn't lose this game.

However SMU as a TEAM WON!

Bo needs a great deal of improvement in his accuracy and decision making before you find me on his band wagon.

That being said I am very pleased this morning...

SMU WINS
ND LOSES

and best of all USC with a "True Freshman" QB runs the ball down Ohio State's (Pride of the Big Tweleven) throat and crushes the hopes and dreams of 100,000+ rabid Buckeye fans!

SWEET!

Ohio State was overrated as always. Glad to see them lose. The only bad thing is that by them losing, it meant USC had to won. Oh well.

No apologies.

Maybe at the end of the season.

I still think Willis or even LT would have been a better choice.

I think my feelings can be best summed up in one way:

Just kidding. Although I hope this season can pick up steam just as those fictional Indians did. Big ups to BLM and the Mustangs for a big road upset!!!

Everyone needs to get better each week. Remember after Wazzu the schedule gets much more difficult with the Frogs, Navy, ECU, UH and Tulsa. We need to win this game and get some confidence before we hit the buzz saws.

Bo Levi was much improved this week but let's take it one game at a time and see how he slings it around in the rain (assuming it's going to be wet in Pullman this week)

Surprisingly enough, Pullman like much of eastern Washington state is desert like. Seattle gets wet, but both eastern Washington & Oregon are dry areas. It should be a fast track on Saturday.

Bo did have a good game Saturday. He does need to work on reading the defense and not zoning in on a receiver so much. Had a lot of plays with guys open and he didnt seem to see them. I think this will definetly get better over time.

I trust June's judgement on quarterbacks...I like Bo....but he must keep
improving....I think J.J. McDermott the transfer from New Mexico State is
going to give Bo a run for his money next year.

We'll see.

He has had the time. I geuss he needs more "time".

I hope he can succeed but he certainly has had his chances.

I must admit, for most of the 1st half, BLM was putting the ball right on the numbers. In the 2nd half he led the team on a 4th quarter drive consuming 5:00 minutes off the clock. The guy is improving.

I certainly hope so.

I think its important we win football games and if he can rise to the occasion then more power to him.

Seems he was dinged with some kind of ankle injury or someting during SFA game, and had the
flu 2. No wonder he couldn't hit the broadside of a barn :!: Rested it a day this week even.

Bet it'll tighten up on him just before the WSU game. Don't worry WSU fans, he won't be able to
hit the broadside of a barn.
May the forth be with us.

It is only a matter of time before the coach's kid from Rockwall who has been taught all of his life how not to commit unforced errors, how to lead a football team both on & off the field and how to deliver the football with pin-point accuracy is the Quarterback that leads the SMU Mustangs out of the wilderness and into the promised land. This kid is focused and knows that his opportunity is coming. May be before this season is over.
